By registering you are creating an online account with Spectrum's Homeowner Customer Service Center. An online account provides you with the ability to pay online.  It also gives you access to important information about your account with the association. You can review your improvement requests, review changes and payments to your account, review any compliance letters sent to you in the last year, access association documents, etc.
