Pool Card Request
This form is used to apply for a pool card. Please fill it out and Spectrum will contact you regarding the status of your request.

Prior to issuing your pool card we are required to issue a copy of the pool rules to you and have you sign a pool waiver form. Please be advised that per the governing documents of each association in order to receive a pool card your account must be paid in full.

Gate Remote Request
Use this form to request a gate remote. Gate remote costs vary according to the gate system for each association.

After receiving your request a Spectrum Associate will contact you with more information. You may be required to complete a form in order to process your request.

After requesting a pool key card or gate remote we may ask you to fill out some paperwork and/or make a payment for the key card or gate remote.
