I scheduled a callback, I never received a call back?

I scheduled a callback, why did no one from Spectrum return my call?

We are very sorry to hear something went wrong. Please visit our contact page and select a time slot that’s convenient for you. A Spectrum representative will call as close to the scheduled time as possible (within 15 minutes).

We realize many people do not answer calls anymore from a number they do not recognize. Please keep this in mind during the scheduled time frame.
