Love living in the Valley of the Sun? You're not alone. Did you know that Phoenix is the most populous state capital in the United States? Apparently, people just love Phoenix. Maybe it's the 300+ days of sunshine a year. Maybe it's the Cardinals, the Diamondbacks, the Suns, or the Coyotes (Yeah, we know they let you down a lot, but Phoenicians are nothing if not loyal.). Maybe it's the incredible southwestern culture, the access to incredible art scenes and museums, or the to-die-for Mexican food. Whatever the reason, Phoenix is a great home for families, students, business executives, and retirees alike.
All those residents can only mean one thing: a lot of housing. Phoenix has no shortage of it, and a lot of those houses are in communities managed by an HOA. Phoenix HOAs have a big job—keeping residents happy, communities maintained, and projects managed, not to mention tracking finances. HOA board members might want to turn to an HOA management company for help, but too many of those companies just make the job harder with poor communication and organization.
