To serve our associations and communities even better, SpectrumAM community managers select vendors who have signed up and have their compliance documents verified prior to bidding projects. To help manage risk for our communities, we verify the following documents: W-9, Certificate of insurance for general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto coverages, and the SpectrumAM master service agreement. Our goal is to find and partner with quality vendors that fit the needs of our communities.
