I had no interest in building just another company. I didn’t want to do boring, corporate America where people came to work each day dreading their jobs. I had worked for companies like that. We were young when we started this company. While we had a lot to learn, one thing was clear from the beginning: this industry needed change. We have never cared about being the largest association management company. I don’t know if we ever will be. The thing that has, and always will, matter to us is ODDSOME? ? ? ? ?
