Spectrum also has a mentorship program where those who’ve gone before can guide you as you start with Spectrum and act as your personal resource, giving you the confidence you need to successfully integrate into our company and your role. Spectrum has gone M.A.D. Well, in a good way. M.A.D., or Making a Difference, is a program where Spectrum pays our employees up to 40 hours per year to volunteer for local charity organizations and causes. The Spectrum working environment is a mix of both. The culture of Spectrum is very much focused on a collaborative environment with our mentoring, training, and social team interaction, but some of our roles are also very independent.
