Can I xeriscape my yard?

A: Modifications to landscaping are to be reviewed and approved by the associations ACC.  When considering a xeriscape project it is best to review design guidelines for the association. 

A good rule of thumb is to design 10% of the total space and maintain vegetation  surrounding the area.  Before proceeding with any project, it is always a safe bet to review your governing documents. Or submit your plans to ACC.
