What if I need to perform maintenance repair on my home?

Please review your association’s governing documents before  making any repairs to learn if a review request is required.

Many associations do not require committee approval for minor repairs or routine maintenance if the original materials, color, and dimensions remain the same. Examples would be: replacing one or two fence pickets, touch-up painting, or replacing annual color flowers. Large projects such as house painting, new fence, new roof, or new landscaping will typically require ACC approval prior to the project.
