Our goal is to help you as directly as possible. The position as a board member is voluntary, and these individuals are members of the community who contribute their time to make your community a great place to live.
As the managing agent, we assume the role of liaison between the board and community to allow a more streamlined process. There is a whole SpectrumAM team working behind the scenes to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. If there is something you would like to address with the board, we will be sure that information gets to them in a timely manner. We are happy to share the response. If you are requesting a hearing, please make a formal request for hearing when you send your inquiry.
We also encourge you to attend your community meetings to stay up to date with your community!
