Assessment amounts and billing frequencies can be found by logging into your homeowner portal at spectrumam.com. Once you have signed in, hover over ‘For Homeowners’ and click on “Billing Cycle”. You can also see your previous payment history under the ‘Pay Assessment’ tab.
