I want a hot tub, what do I need to do?

A: Hot tubs are common in most neighborhoods and are often found within your DCCRs. Prior to installing a hot tub, you should review your governing documents and submit an improvement request. The request will be reviewed by the association’s ACC Committee. To start the review process, click here to submit a request.
