All I have to do is fill out a simple form to request any changes to the outside of my house. And the best part is they usually respond to my change requests with a few business days. Spectrum Mgmt. handles affairs for the [Home Associations]. As such they have to make sure that the HOA rules are followed and end up having to engage with a lot of us residences. I am very pleased with the way Spectrum staff handle their duties. They are friendly and responsive even when dealing with homeowners sometimes frustrated with HOA rules. I appreciate how they work with us and look upon us as their customers and maintain a high level of service. Customer interface is the most important thing in any such engagement and Spectrum does their best to put that front and forward.
