What do BOARD MEMBERS appreciate the most?
We spent our first year with a Sub-par HOA Management company, this past year since we made the smart decision to change over to Spectrum we have really grown as a board.
No one service is more valuable than another however I appreciate the financial reports and their format.
There are many, but would have to say the correspondence with the residents, particularly the difficult ones, which keeps that responsibility off of the board’s plate and allows the board to remain focused on serving the community as a whole. Also appreciate the success in collecting assessments, an outstanding collection rate.
We appreciate the most that Spectrum provides us with a great community manager who is great at guiding us.
