All invoices are required to have the following information on the invoice. Please ensure these items are on the invoice before submission. If they are not, the invoice will be rejected and must be submitted again. Adding them on this form will not replace having them on the invoice and will result in rejection of the invoice.

How long until I receive payment on a submitted invoice?
Invoice upload takes one to two business days. Our managers process invoice payments daily! Most vendors receive mailed check payments within two weeks and less than a week if they have signed up for AvidPay Direct or MasterCard payments.
What is the status of my invoice?
Most vendors receive invoice payment within two weeks of invoice submission. If it is beyond that timeframe, please contact your community manager for the association for a status.
How can I get paid faster?
AvidExchange offers two additional options aside from checks to get payment even faster! Please visit https://www.avidxchange.com/supplier-care/ to submit a Supplier Support Request for a Payment Question and select I want to receive e-payments.

Do I have to use this form for invoice submission?
No, you may email invoices directly to [email protected] for processing. Please ensure the invoice includes the association name (not Spectrum) and an invoice number.
What documents am I missing?
If you just registered, an email will be sent with any missing items needed or confirmation you have been added with all needed documents. If you received an email from [email protected] then one or more of your insurance coverages is coming up for renewal or has recently expired. Please confirm with your carriers on which policies renew within a week (general liability, workers comp, or auto). If you do not carry commercial auto coverage it may be your personal policy that was provided.
How can I attend a manager meeting and present to the team?
