Full Management Services

Spectrum offers full-service management to larger and mid-sized single-family communities in cities across Texas and Arizona.

We perform property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards. We check common areas and property exteriors for maintenance needs, safety issues, and rule violations. This process helps maintain property values, enhance community appearance, and ensure a safe, pleasant living environment for all residents.
We handle assessment billing by calculating and issuing invoices for dues owed by homeowners. These assessments fund community maintenance, amenities, and services. Our team ensures timely collection, tracks payments, and addresses delinquencies to maintain financial health and support the community’s needs and operations.

We organize board meetings by preparing agendas, sending out meeting notices, and distributing relevant materials. During these meetings, board members discuss community issues, review financials, and make important decisions. We ensure quorum is met, meticulously track meeting minutes, and provide additional details about our contributions to the meetings. Afterward, we publish the minutes and related information on the communities’ websites.

We facilitate online voting to streamline decision-making. Our team set up secure platforms, distribute voting materials, and ensure member participation. Online voting increases accessibility, enhances engagement, and speeds up the decision process, allowing residents to vote conveniently on community matters.

We manage the decision process and support the ACC/ARC committee in property improvement requests. Our process significantly speeds up the process: homeowners can easily submit and keep track of their property improvement requests through the Spectrum HOA app, and ACC/ARC committees can conveniently review and make decisions on these requests within the app.
We prepare and publish monthly financial statements to provide a clear overview of the community’s financial health. These statements include income, expenses, and reserve funds. We help board members and homeowners understand financial status, plan budgets, and make informed decisions to ensure fiscal responsibility and community sustainability.
We partner with you on legal matters and support compliance with compliance with governing documents, local laws, and regulations. We may consult with legal professionals to handle disputes, enforce rules, and update policies. This helps protect the community’s interests, minimize legal risks, and maintain a harmonious living environment.
