If I receive a violation letter, what do I need to do?

A:  If you receive a violation letter, you will need to take action and correct the violation, as specified in the violation letter. Once the violation is cured, on our next drive through the community, our Site Manager will close the violation on your account. No other action is needed from you.

If you had already corrected the violation before the letter was received, please accept our thanks for being a great neighbor and disregard the letter.
