Pay by Phone:

Make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding major holidays) by calling 1-866-729-5327, Option 1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic check. A small convenience fee (3.25%) will be charged to pay by debit or credit card, or a $2.95 flat fee will be incurred if you choose to pay by check. These fees are charged by the payment merchant offering the payment services.

Pay by Mail:

Payments can be placed in the return envelope received with your assessment statement. Mailed payments are processed electronically; please do not send cash. Check or money order payments should be made payable to the association and mailed to:
