Dave Wilkinson

President
Dave joined Spectrum in 2013, and has supported the organization’s strong organic growth and unique culture by leading local offices, sales and marketing, and multiple brands of products serving communities. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Economics, Dave’s leadership journey spanned 10 years in the restaurant and retail industries before joining Spectrum, and continues to be passionate about creating a unique workplace with innovative service products for our industry.

Cyd Reuter

Vice President of Client Relations
As Vice President of Client Relations, Cyd brings extensive experience and a passion for excellence. She excels in customer satisfaction and operational excellence, with a proven track record in Revenue Operations and Client Retention. Cyd is dedicated to empowering board members to create vibrant communities. Her dynamic approach combines strategic insight with a personal touch. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, rescuing dogs, and volunteering, fueling her creativity and drive.

Angelica White

Vice President of Operations
As the Vice President of Operations at SpectrumAM, Angelica is dedicated to supporting the communities and associations we serve. With a strong passion for helping people, she oversees the operations departments, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. Committed to providing a positive customer experience for everyone, Angelica leverages her expertise to enhance service delivery and foster strong community relationships. When she’s not working, you can find Angelica volunteering to coach her children’s activities and playing with her rescued pups.

Sally Armitage

Division President | Houston
Sally Armitage has been with SpectrumAM since 2019, most recently serving as the Division President in Houston. With a commitment to providing outstanding service, she leads a team of dedicated professionals focused on adding value to the portfolio of HOAs in the Houston area. Sally is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience for both Boards and communities alike. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and she is often found on a sports field or on deck at a swim meet supporting her kids!

Diana Treantos

Division President | Phoenix
As the Division President at SpectrumAM, Diana Treantos leads the Arizona division with a focus on delivering exceptional results for the communities we manage. Dedicated to guiding her team towards success, Diana is committed to ensuring that every community receives the highest level of service and support. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and exploring the beautiful state we live in.

Katherine Hinebaugh

Division President | San Antonio
Katherine, Division President of Client Relations at Spectrum Association Management, has over 20 years of experience in client relations and business management. She delivers exceptional service and strategic guidance, helping clients achieve their goals. With expertise in property and relationship management, Katherine offers valuable insights and solutions. Outside work, she enjoys family time, travel, music, sports, and pickleball.

Nick Sanchez

Division President | Dallas Fort Worth
Nick Sanchez serves as the Division President of the DFW Division at Spectrum, where he leads a team that is committed to delivering an unmatched service experience to the communities they serve. With the DFW metroplex being one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States, Nick and his team are enthusiastic about the opportunity to expand their portfolio in this dynamic market. Since joining Spectrum in 2022, Nick has been devoted to fostering a culture of support, collaboration, and gratitude within the DFW Division. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Karmen, and their children, Antonio, Alberto, and their newest addition, baby Ana.

Elizabeth Schoen

Division Director | Austin

Elizabeth is the Division Director for the Austin and Temple/Waco market, focusing on strengthening long-term community relationships through consistent service delivery and an elevated HOA experience. Since joining Spectrum in 2017, she has brought operational insight and a deep understanding of the company’s service model, guiding teams in delivering a reliable and uniform service product that supports strong community retention. Recognized as “refreshingly different” in the HOA experience, Elizabeth prioritizes clear communication, proactive support, and a solutions-driven leadership style that instills trust and confidence among board members and residents. Her commitment to professionalism and excellence ensures that each community receives dependable guidance and a higher standard of care. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and traveling to explore new destinations.
