With 40 hours of paid time off every year to commit to making a difference, Spectrum believes in empowering our employees to create a positive transformation of our local communities.

  • SA110’s 9/11 Memorial Climb: Honoring the heroes of 9/11.
  • Ronald McDonald House: Providing meals to families with children receiving medical treatment.
  • Texas Diaper Bank: Ensuring that every child has access to diapers and basic necessities.
  • Central Texas Food Bank: Addressing food insecurity and hunger in the Central Texas region.
  • Jesse Jones Park: Preserving natural spaces for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
  • The Georgetown Texas Field of Honor: Honoring veterans and supporting charitable initiatives.
  • The Pasadena Food Drive: Combating hunger and ensuring access to food in the community.
  • City of La Porte Animal Shelter: Advocating for and caring for our furry friends in need.
  • Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity: Building homes and transforming lives in partnership with local communities.
