In order to make sure we are industry-leading experts in our field, we have created our own training that sets us apart from our competitors. We have a certification program that is recognized as a well-rounded alternative to industry only training provided by external training.

Additionally, we participate in an industry trade organization called “Community Associations Institute” (CAI). Our employees also develop expertise and relationships through this affiliation. Spectrum employees have served on membership committees, legislative committees and even represented Texas and Arizona at the national legislative meetings in Washington DC. Our partnership with this group enables us to advocate for our communities to make sure they get the best service possible.
