At Spectrum, the essence of our company culture can be summed up as one major idea: Creating Good. This powerful concept not only allows us to have a positive impact on the world as a whole, but also within our company. We use our actions to Create Good among ourselves as we trust, support, encourage, mentor, and respect one another.

An opportunity to Create Good arose at Spectrum recently, when one of our employees underwent a medical procedure. Within 45 minutes of learning about the situation, other employees gifted 63 total days of paid time off to their coworker in need. This heartwarming act of kindness and solidarity will allow this person to focus on recovery, without worrying about finances or work-related duties.

This is exactly why Spectrum allows our employees to donate their paid time off — because we know how much it matters to our work family to support each other in times of need. This benefit is used often and generously, and it truly makes a difference in individual lives while also Creating Good within our company.

We know that even small acts of kindness can help make the world a better place, and we are committed to the important and noble pursuit of Creating Good. As we focus on the needs of others and implement proactive benefits, we help create a better future for everyone.
