Our process and requirements for completing a waiver for 2021 has changed. You may not need to complete one this year.
You only need to complete a pool access waiver for one of the following reasons:
You are a new homeowner that was given a pool card by the previous homeowner.
You are a tenant that was given a pool card by the property owner.
Your community specifically requires each resident to fill out a new waiver each year. Very few communities require this and if your community does, it will be listed on the amenities page of your community portal. You can login to your account here to check.
Entry Gate Access
You only need to complete an entry gate access waiver for one of the following reasons:
You are a new homeowner that was given a gate remote by the previous homeowner.
You are the tenant that was given a gate remote by the property owner.
You are requesting a new code to open the gate.
If you fall under one of these three categories for either type of access device, please click here to go to the updated waiver page. If you do not fall under one of these three categories, and your devices worked last year, there is no need to complete a new waiver this year.
