In a time when a lot of business news is negative, there is still good news to be found. One such bright spot is that Spectrum Association Management has been able to continuously add positions to accommodate the needs of our HOA boards and community members.

Continued Growth
SpectrumAM continues to operate at full capacity, and we can attribute our continued growth to an incredibly adaptive staff, preparedness, and customer trust.

While many companies across various industries have had to enact hiring freezes or furlough their employees, SpectrumAM has been able to operate with zero lapse in services as we moved quickly and completely to remote work in order to adhere to quarantine guidelines.

Preparedness
While not new technology for SpectrumAM, we were prepared for an event such as this with all systems operating in a cloud environment. We have multiple enterprise-level cloud security programs in place which allow for data security outside of our multiple physical office locations. In addition, we’ve also been working hard behind the scenes to implement additional technology tools, such as the Spectrum HOA app, broadcast texting, remote board meetings, amenities reservations, and improved homeowner contact support.

Because SpectrumAM was well prepared for the challenge we currently face, this has allowed us to continuously and actively hire for new positions, even during this time of crisis. We also intend to continue to evolve our tech offerings to meet the changing needs of our valued communities, employees, and vendors.
